AppleSurf Seaside Villas are located on the Northwest corner of the Island of Tortola, BVI. Sea Breeze and Ocean Mist are both One Bedroom Luxury Villas located at the Beach at Little Apple Bay.

The Villas offer a Full Kitchen, Bathroom, Sitting Room and One Bedroom. The Downstairs Unit offers Patio for Dining and Relaxing on the Ocean. The Upstairs Villa features a Breezy Sun Deck and Shaded Porch offering amazing outdoor Dining and Relaxing.

Sit and watch the world go by; Pelican's fishing, the sun
is shining. Swells forming, coming straight at you.

The Villas are built into the Sea Wall, 15' up from the Atlantic Ocean beach. The Surf Break at Bomba's is 300' down the beach, right next door to Sebastians Resort.

Both Villas feature Outdoor Living Spaces for Relaxing and Dining that offer Sun, Breeze, Shade and Privacy with a Gorgeous View.
The Seabreeze has a Shaded Ocean Deck and and a Sun Deck, good for 4 hours of sun drenching breezes.
The Ocean Mist features a mostly shaded patio on the ocean wall. As close to a Boat on Land as you will experience.

Both Kitchens feature an Electric Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Maker and Blender.

Each Villa has an active phone with a local number to make local calls. For long distance, we reccommend using your cell phone.
We offer free broadband wireless internet access via WIFI.

There are no air conditioners in the units, ocean breezes work their magic. We have ceiling fans in both the living and sleeping rooms
for the days in season when needed. Each unit has a full bathroom with shower, a Queen size bed and a CD AM/FM/MP3 Stereo System.

The Villas are central located in Apply Bay on the Ocean Beach. Long Bay is right over the hill, Smugglers Cove right after that.
Cane Garden Bay is less than 15 minutes away. There are 2 swimming beaches in Apple Bay including a protected sandy beach
by the Sugar Mill, 1/4 mile from the villas. fyi- they serve a great lunch in the shade. Prices and conditions are as follows:

Rate is for the Sea Breeze Villa is 1,495 for the 7 nights
Each additional night is 210.00 per night.
Minimum stay is 5 nights, daily rate is 220.00.
Rates apply from December 14th to April 30th.
7% government tax is additional charge.

Ocean Mist Villa

Rate for the Ocean Mist Villa is 1,250 for the 7 nights.
Each additional night is 180.00 per night.
Minimum stay is 5 nights, daily rate is 190.00

Off Season Rates;
May 1st to December 13th are 30% Off above prices.

All rates based on Double Occupancy.
Each additional person, additional 15.00 per night.
Maximum 4 people per Villa.

50% payment to secure reservation,
complete payment 14 days before visit.

Check in after 3 pm, check out by 11 am.
Clean Fresh Linens and Towels, Weekly maid service.
